Vitrum Lighting specializes in selling bottles with integrated fairy lights. We strive to accurately display the products on our website, including descriptions and images. However, slight variations may occur due to differences in lighting and individual monitor settings.

2. Orders and Payment

  • By placing an order with Vitrum Lighting, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of placing your order. We accept payment via PayPal and Stripe.
  • Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with details of your purchase.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • Vitrum Lighting aims to process and dispatch orders promptly. Orders will usually be dispatched within 2-3 business days after confirmation of order to locations within the United kingdom only.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Royal Mail 2nd class is typically 2-3 working days from dispatch,  but please note that these are only estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.
  • Vitrum Lighting is not responsible for any delays or damages caused during transit.

4. Returns and Refunds

  • We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Vitrum Lighting. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 5 working days of receiving your product to arrange for return.
  • Returned items must be in their original condition and unused. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • Vitrum Lighting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or in connection with your purchase or use of our products.
  • Our liability to you in connection with any product purchased from Vitrum Lighting is strictly limited to the purchase price of that product.
